Fun, seated rhythmic sequences specially to stimulate the spine, increase range of motion & decompress the joints of the entire body. Especially made for Middle Agers or beginner level fitness enthusiasts. You’ll need a non-slip chair, 2 cans or 2lb hand weights & a thera/mini band.
